Jesus’s Gift of Peace

²⁷ “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Don’t let your heart be troubled or fearful.^(A)

¹⁵ But if the unbeliever leaves, let him leave. A brother or a sister is not bound in such cases. God has called you^[a] to live in peace.

⁷ And the peace of God, which surpasses^(A) all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.^(B)
